As your community looks to go green and reduce its carbon footprint, Accelerated Waste Solutions will be providing doorstep recycling and general trash pickup 5 days per week.

How It Works?

Click the Easy "Resident Sign-Up" Button for 5 Day-A-Week, Doorstep Trash Pick-up Service. Use the User Name and Password provided on your Door Hanger. (Lost Username/ Password?: Call 866.698.2874) After Sign-Up, Each Resident will receive a FREE *13-Gallon Trashcan/ Waste Bench and Recycling Bin/Bag. (Your Property Management has decided on your Container Type) Valet Trash Service Policies

Doorstep Valet Trash Pick-up: Place your Bagged Trash in your AWS provided Trashcan/Waste Bench, Outside your Front Door, Sunday thru Thursday 6PM-8PM. (No Loose Trash in Trashcan/Waste Bin) Recycling Bin/Bag Pickup Sundays ONLY (For APPROVED RECYCLABLES, Read Below)

A Uniformed AWS Attendant, Collects Trash & Recyclables from your Front Door! Cleans your Breezeway & Dumpster/Compactor Area.

Retrieve your Trashcan or Recycling Bin after Pick-Up (All Containers MUST Be back inside Your Apartment/Condo by 9AM the following morning)

YOUR TRASH AND RECYCLABLES HAVE DISAPPEARED!

How Recycling Works?

Bagging Recyclables: Paper products should be bagged separately from commingled recyclables. Paper products accepted vary by waste collection vendor, but typically include cardboard (flattened and folded), newspapers, magazines, office paper, envelopes, file folders, and phone books. Commingled recyclables include aluminum cans, metal cans, plastic beverage containers, and glass bottles (green, brown and clear.)

Plastic bottles, jugs, jars and tubs

All co-mingled recyclable items must be rinsed clean (keeps bugs away until we pickup) and the caps removed. The recyclable materials should be dumped loose in the container. No plastic bags.
